    Why can't I see how many years I've been on Xbox live on my Xbox one profile ?


    Ive been scearching the reason why but i found one website why and the website says xbox community remove it But I see all of my friends have it on theres. Except for me. Please help!

    Can anyone help me? I was referred here by Xbox Live Support.

    My account tenure showed as 10 yesterday, and today it shows 5 years, in the upper right corner of my account. I've been a loyal Xbox Live fan and paying customer since 2002 or 2003 I forget which. I would like for this fact to be reflected on my account
    profile. Why is there such a big problem with this? How hard is it to count how many years and months you have been on Xbox Live and add them up?

    My Xbox Live account tenure is missing...

    I bought a Xbox One last week and recovered my Xbox Live account and my years of tenure is missing on my live profile. I've been an xbox live member mid 2000's and have been a xbox live gold member for several years but it is now showing zero tenure on my
    profile. Any idea what's going on? Thanks.

    The number of years is how long you've had gold, not how long you've been on Live. Since you're not a gold member right now, that number won't show.

    This is happening to me too. I've spend the last 2 days trying to get this stupid thing to work. Why it can't tell you BEFORE you fill all your details in is beyond me. Utterly ridiculous system.

    Short of deleting our accounts I can't see how I can get my kids onto Live. And they've had this xbox for 2 years now, and deleting their accounts/profiles isn't an option. Way too many save games/worlds.

    I just got this error myself. I've reset the modem, and deleted and re-downloaded my profile and still I can't seem to connect to xbox live. Which is weird because I am able to see how many friends are online.

    I've been gold membership for 9 years (since 2003) but in 2011 I stopped playing due to work. Now i've returned and I can't connect to Xbox Live with my main profile :(
