    I have an asus vg245h that can run at 75hz, but when I look at my video settings it only allows me to run at 50hz. There's not even an option to run at 60hz.

    Hi,

    Can you post a screenshot of what these settings look like please. The Asus VG245H is configured for 60Hz out of the box. A 75Hz refresh is not supported on consoles, but it should not be stuck at 50Hz.

    I don't see why the monitor wouldn't. My TV runs at 1080p 60Hz (I believe), and it's full res no lag. The monitor runs my Windows 7 PC at 1280x720, so I'm not sure why it wouldn't. (60Hz also)

    Refresh rate is now 50hz and i want to change this rate to 60hz. I connected the Xbox 360 console to pc monitor with a HDMI cable.

    thanks for the input, the monitor is a ASUS VP28UQG 28" 4K UHD 3840 x 2160 with a 60Hz refresh rate, seemed perfect for the xb1x so im gutted im having this issue

    I didnt read through all the responses but i thought this same thing when i purchased an 27” Asus monitor to play xbox in 1440p@120hz but it didnt work. After reader deaper into the monitor is seems the monitor only suports higher then 60hz when using
    a display port cable, not hdmi. I took the monitor back, it wasn’t the xbox. It works fine with my samsung Q8, 1440p@120hz with freesync/VRR and 55”.
