Why can't I request a refund for mw3?

I bought it, then tried it out and was dissatisfied with the game. I went to look for the refund button but it wasn't there this time and I tried looking for help and it told me to go to my purchases and do it there.

Gave me the run around until I gave up.

I'd like my money back

To request a refund for your game, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the following link, which contains a form you need to fill out with the required information:

2. In the field where they ask you which item you want a refund for, please write the full name of the game. You can find the order number for the purchase on this website:

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

3. After you've filled out the form and submitted it, you will receive an email with the decision regarding your refund request within a maximum of 72 hours.

Just keep in mind that if you've played it for more than 2 hours or if it has been purchased more than 14 days ago, you may not be eligible for a refund, and it might be denied.

Apparently if you get banned on MW2 and/or Warzone 2 you can't play MW3. Activision added MW3 to my list of banned games. So I went to Blizzard and requested a refund. It was accepted.

Refund requests are a final decision; if your request for MW3 was denied you sadly can't submit another request to get the game refunded. It's already been decided that you are not eligible for a refund in this instance.

Keep in mind that refunds are usually only approved if you bought the game within 14 days and haven't accumulated much playtime.

As this is classed as a pre-order, you will have to
contact Xbox Support over the phone, so they can cancel the order. They may advise you to use a Xbox Digital Product Refund Request form,
