Why Can't I Reply Multiple Times Per Hour?

Hey there, so I've just been trying to be a helpful human being over here, responding to people's questions about Xbox. Although, after a few responses in a short period of time, I get an error message saying "Oops, something went wrong, try again" or something
along those lines. I looked it up and it says I've either been posting suspicious links or replied over 5 times in an hour. Only links I've pasted are a Best Buy Contact Us link and links to Microsoft services. Is there a way that I can verify my account so
this no longer happens? Super annoying as when I'm locked in a discussion trying to help someone fix something I get locked out, and I'm not going to throw my email address up on a public forum. Any ideas? Also, I'm aware this is in the wrong section but I
was unsure where to put it, I put it here because I mainly answer questions in the Xbox section.

If you're eligible, you can sign up for the Ambassador program (http://ambassadors.microsoft.com) and once you earn the Ambassador tag you won't be subject to the limit. Otherwise,
there's no way to bypass that.

I'm ineligible, so this kinda sucks. Is that the only way?

Sounds like a security measure to stop spammers. Nothing personal. Like Smwutches said, why not join the Ambassadors? Then you can help people all you like and get some free swag too
