Hello, ronsprogis, my best recommendation would be to go to your profile, click on “services and subscriptions,” and double check that the payment option that it would be charging is correct. You can also determine if it is an issue with a suspended subscription.

If you find that the payment option chosen is not suitable, you can change it out by visiting https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments?refd=account.microsoft.com

If your current sub was from a code then you'll have to wait for it to be over until you can renew it with money/CC or you can use another code at any time to add to your sub (you can stack up to 3 years of a sub with codes).

Have a valid billing address?

Are your account an adult one and not a child one?

There are many reason for this issue, maybe try and check if you have any reccuring bills.
