    Why can't I remove subscription?


    This is my daughters xbox account i made for her and i want to cancel the subscription as she is on my xbox so i dont need 2.

    Went to cancel and cannot remove someone please help. Cant even remove my card.

    Would of done support chat but over 60 people infront and the Call option isnt working.

    I got 4 kids running about i cant can and wait on hold Why can't I remove subscription? :(

    The only option that I found is wait for another promotion like one month for USD 1 in Xbox live Gold o Game pass, so take it and once you have the subscription go to your account, and change the payment options for eliminate the periodical payment. meanwhile
    block the payment with your bank

    Hi

    You normally can't remove the payment card if it is currently attached to a subscription.

    If you visit
    https://account.microsoft.com/services/     with the account you are trying to cancel with, Xbox Live should be listed with a "Manage" option, that should allow you to cancel it.

    If that doesn't work, then you would need to speak with Xbox Support, they may do a callback option to save you hanging on the phone.

    Is the subscription running or did it end in a past due payment? When that happens you are not able to make any changes to subscriptions until that is settle so it may explain your issues. If that is not the case, then I'm afraid the support is the
    only way to go since on the forum no one has access to account information.
