Why can’t I redeem robust using Microsoft rewards and when will it be available again?

When they run out of codes they'll remove them. You'd have to try contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the bottom of the Rewards site to see if they have any information on when they may be back.

I’ve only got one account on my Xbox and it’s my account I’ve tried to redeem it again and it says it’s been redeemed already, so I checked my payment options and it says $50 available but I can’t use it when I try to buy something on the Microsoft store.

If you want, you can also redeem Xbox Gift Card on Microsoft Rewards (if it's available on your region) and use that to pay for Robux. But it will require more points I think compared to just redeeming Robux.

For now, we will have to wait for Robux to be available again on Rewards.

I believe that the game pass offer is no longer available from the list of rewards to redeem. That most likely the reason why there's no option for auto-redeem.

Your Microsoft Rewards points can only be used and redeemed for rewards that are available there. They are not to be confused with your Microsoft account balance and cannot be used to make purchases.
