    Why can't I redeem a voucher on Xbox for Roblox????


    So my son has vouchers for his birthday for Roblox on his Xbox. There's no option to redeem in the game or on Xbox (code is too short for the "redeem" part of Xbox store).

    I ended up looking it up onlin as I was positive that a company like this has just hidden the redeem option for Xbox somewhere.

    Turns out they don't have that option which is just stupid to be honest and now, I have to figure out the email address and password of the Xbox account Roblox in order to reset the password....no password works, all email addresses belong to a "linked" account and his username on Xbox oddly doesn't work when trying to log into Roblox on a browser to put the code in....

    So....this game is just nonsense for adults right now and I've no idea why you missed out a redeem function on Roblox on Xbox but it's just irritating.

    Why make it difficult? This is worse than the "Mog station" login issues on FF14...

    Roblox requires you redeem on their website, so this is a question for them. Fortnite I believe does things the same way.

    I think you should get a voucher with code. Then go to redeem code on your xbox and type in code that you found on voucher.

    I didnā€™t get chosen either but it does not matter, there is always the next time. Why not look at joining the Microsoft Rewards Program if it is available in your region. You get points and usually after a few months you can redeem for various rewards
    including Xbox/Microsoft vouchers, Starbucks vouchers or sweepstakes for awesome prizes.
