Why cant I record full game clips?

“I recorded a game a clip and selected the "record the last 30 seconds" after checking the video out it had only recorded 20 seconds of my clip this was frustrating because i had enough space and have no clue why it only record 20 seconds. This seems to be a problem with all my clips none of them seem to have record the time length ive selected some of the 2 minute ones only recorded 1:58 seconds which isnt a big deal but 10 seconds is a stretch for sure. Let me know if theres anything I can do. Thanks.
