Why can't I purchase the black ops 2 season pass on xbox one?

I recently bought Black Ops 2 for my Xbox One after hearing that it was now backwards compatible. I tried to buy it on the Xbox store, but it kept telling me to purchase it on my console and not on Xbox.com, even though I was on my console. I had just bought
$65 worth of Xbox cards to buy the game with, and it wouldn't even let me buy the game. This was very aggravating, and I eventually just ordered the game from Walmart and had to wait a few days until it showed up. Now I can play Black Ops 2. But then I got
to thinking about all that money I had put on my Xbox for nothing and so decided to buy the season pass for Black Ops 2 with it. However, whenever I try, it still gives me the message about purchasing on my Xbox and not Xbox.com, even though I was on my Xbox.
I then tried downloading it from the store menu that you can access on Black Ops 2, but it says that I cannot download from there because I have Premium Settings blocked under my settings. I went through my settings and they say that I can buy and download
anything, and I combed through my settings to see if there was anything else at all that related to buying things, but couldn't find anything else. I still have the $65 dollars on my account but cannot get the Black Ops 2 Season Pass. I feel like Xbox is stealing
my money as I spent all that money for the game, couldn't use it, then for the Season Pass for Black Ops 2, and I can't buy it either. Please help me. Thanks.

Did you mean COD: Ghost? If not you can't upgrade black ops 2 to x1.

If you are using a Child or Teen account you would need to make the purchase on an Xbox 360 console. Then you'll be able to download the game from the

Ready to Install section on the Xbox One console.
