    Hi thank you for your reply. Could you tell me how to do this? I’m in Australia. The weird thing is we were able to purchase stuff before but for some reason when selecting the choose option to pay with it goes straight to the profile address.

    You need to set your account region to the place you're physically are currently. You're attempting to set up a United States Xbox account

    I use the vpn to set my system to the region where my bank is when I travel. My profile and address in the profile show the location where the bank is (Minnesota). But presently I am traveling in Europe. I can’t make purchases when traveling?
