    why cant i purchase anything from xbox video store


    every time i try to purchase anything from xbox video i get the message "this account is not allowed to make purchases" im 18 and my account is an adult account. can somebody please help me fix this?

    I haven't tried to buy anything, but when I go to enter a code for Alien Isolation, it just stays on a spinning circle whether I try to scan it or enter it manually. I also have a 3 month gold sub that I can not enter. Should I try to enter both on this
    site? Should I try the store as well?
