    Why can't I play till the game updates?


    Let's see. I paid $500 for a console. I paid $60 for a game COD Infinate Warfare. I get home and find out I can't play the game till it loads into the box. So I wait. After it's done, I find out I can't play the game till it updates from online. 75gb
    So I wait. I finally get to play the game three weeks later. Not everyone has great internet available where they live. Play the game for one week then I get on to shoot some zombies for 30min only to find a need a 9gb update. That's gonna take longer
    than my 30 min time frame. So no shooting zombies today. Depending on my internet, might be a week. And I don't play online, just because that doesn't interest me. One should have the option of playing offline while the game updates.

    The question is, what idiot thought up this crap? I want to know who is to blame for such a **** product.

    Why can't I play?

    What is going on with Jigsaw. It has been slow for weeks and now it says that it is no longer available. What is the problem. I am so disappointed.

    When I try to play it says taptiles is unavailable to you, go to the store. When I go to the store, it says that taptiles is already installed. But I can't play. Absolutely maddening because I am addicted to it.....

    people have said deleted the game file and re download to help with connection and freezing. I did once and it did seem to help. now I can't re download it again. it is not available. Now I can't play after all that work I put into it. So stupid. Not like
    I could play anyway with the freezing and slow loading after last update but now I can't play till it is officially released. Stupid game developers!

    LOL i know the disk has to be in the the xbox in order to play it off the xbox. but its not giving me the option to play off the hard drive. it has before with other games. but i havnt tried this after the xbox layout update till now. does anyone know why?

    "My Games and Apps" crashes Xbox One

    I am having this same issue and have since 19th of February. I have tried everything including resetting xbox. I think it's a software issue as it worked till I did the system update.

    Hope it gets fixed as I am not able to play any games on my xbox. I can't even play ones from my external hard drive either. Long till xbox person but now I've moved on to ps4 so I can play games.
