    Why can't I play the game I know I bought?


    I went to play some Ark: Survival Evolved but when i launched it, it said i didn't own it anymore. I checked the store to see that I had to buy it again, my game pass subscription ran out but I know I bought the game 1 year ago. I tried getting help with the support page but it never led to anything. I don't know what to do know. Any help??

    They said there was an issue and they couldn't find the item on my order history even though I recently played it. I don't know what im supposed to do now.

    If you're 100% sure you bought it on that account, contact support and have them look into it. You can request a call back or chat with them at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

    With issues like these, we recommend you to Check your Xbox purchase history | Xbox Support just to make sure that you own the game on your account. If that's the case, please try removing your account and add it back. Make sure that you are logged in with the correct account. However, if the issue persists, you will need to get in touch with our live support again for them to double check your account.

    I look through the entire list and it doesn't show that I purchased it even though that was the first game I bought with this account. This issue has happened once already but it doesn't seem to stay bought. I don't want to buy the game for the third time.

    Have you went to your account and checked to see if the game is on your account. Refresh the license.
