Why can’t I play the binding of Isaac?

I was trying to find the binding of Isaac rebirth in the store and couldn’t find it at all, is there any specific reason for not finding it? I live in NZ if that helps at all as far as store location goes. I found it on my ps4 and have been playing it perfectly fine it’s just Xbox I can’t find it on

I have both DLC and with new afterbirth+ game doesn't pass title screen

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
