    Why can't I play on my other profiles?


    I have been banned on one of my accounts and when I try to get on my second account or other accounts it doesn't let me talk, play online, or send messages on any of my profiles. It says "You can't send messages because of your past behavior." Also when
    I join a party or says "Privacy settings block chat with some people ." But I contacted Xbox support and they checked and I have no current suspensions on this account or the ones I try to play on. Also my settings let me talk to anyone.

    Hey there Royal x god,

    It sounds like there could be a console suspension, when you log in on enforcement.xbox.com do you see any additional information regarding this? How about the email account associated with your Microsoft
    Account?

    Hi Zeroice,

    The issues began before I cancelled the subscriptions.

    My son's still can't play shared games unless my profile is logged in

    But if I'm logged in to one xbox, then it logs me out of the other xbox.

    So both son's can't play at the same time, why can't they play these games from their profiles?

    it could be that your save has corrupted somehow (which could be why the games will work on other profiles but crash or freeze when you try to load your save)

    you could try deleting your save from the Xbox and then letting it sync the save from the cloud

    or, if you aren't worried about your progress, just delete your save and see if it will let you start a new game without freezing/crashing
