    Why cant I play my game?


    About 2 months I purchased Ninja Gaiden Black from Games on Demand and played it for several hours.Now the game wont launch at all.I'm on the console I originally downloaded it to but when I try to play it just says "Cant launch".I redownloaded through
    my purchase history and it still wont launch.

    Kindly check your order history https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and find your Minecraft game purchase if it was really refunded for some reason. If so, you would have to buy it again.

    If confirmed that you still own it, try to reinstall the game. Or try first to repair and reset your game or launcher, Xbox app, and Microsoft Store. Make sure that you use or sign in the same account.
