Why can’t I play mw3?

I pre ordered it before and now it says that I don’t own the game and I tried restarting my Xbox and tried different stuff but apparently I don’t own it even though I pre ordered it. I’m still pretty pissed considering I spent 140 on the game

I totally do not know the cause of this problem and I would like to know if you receive any message or simply when you open it, it does absolutely nothing? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game?

I signed in and hit find game go to standard playlists click on any of the standard matches then I click on find match and it gives me zero matches out of 50 possible matches and it just stays on that search screen forever. I was wondering if modern warfare
