Why can’t I play Mw2?

Everytime I tried to load into a match of the new Call of Duty Modern Warfare ll, it stalls out and goes to the Xbox dashboard and says “Sys_ Error” followed by “Disc read error [21.0]: ‘ingame_shared_mp.fc’” and will send me back to the main menu constantly. How do I resolve this problem so I am able to finally play the game I paid for?

First, please check the status of the game by signing in to http://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

I was playing mw2 and I got booted by a modder and I can’t play it any more. I just got it and I can’t play it. Xbox won’t listen, how can I play again?

Try uninstalling the game and re-downloading it

So I can’t play the open campaign in two days? Or use the ghost zombie skin. Or the mw2 m4 blueprint ? That I was using this morning?

I had to disable 120hz tab in the graphics settings on MW2. Game looks much better but still sucks I can’t play at 120fps. Only reason I have this console in the first place.
