Why cant i play java again when i factory resetted my pc?

yes i installed minecraft on my mobile before, but i can play it on my pc since i bought it. So why cant i play java, is it because i installed the mobile version first? but even so, its doesnt change the fact that i can play bedrock on pc, but not java.

Mine started doing the same thing today too... ive tried everything but the usb OS reinstall, which i was going to try tomorrow. I tried to set up a service for it and got the message that the console is discontinued and as such they dont service them anymore? Highly frustrating... Id been waiting to purchase a series X when one became available to me, but Im starting to rethink it. Do i want to give money to a company that wont repair its own products? My 360 works fine, but my xbox one is dead? Nothing feels right about this.

Yeah i'm an idiot and was using the wrong account cause I had started using a new one. I got it all worked out, getting happily attacked by the kraken now. Thanks for the help, really appreciate it.
