Why can't I play Halo infinite campaign even with the disc

The campaign mode is not included in the physical disc of the game and requires a separate purchase12. This means that you can only play the campaign mode if you buy it digitally or use a code that comes with some editions of the game3. You can still play the multiplayer mode for free, though. I hope this helps.

It's possible that the pre-owned copy of Halo Infinite you purchased may not include the campaign content. The campaign may have been redeemed or used by the previous owner. You can try contacting the seller or the store where you purchased the game to see if they can provide a solution. Alternatively, you can purchase the campaign separately from the Xbox Store.

Ok, but I did the same with halo infinite but I didn't buy it (the offline version). The achievements are still showing up on steam for that game. Can you tell me why is that the case?

So here id what happened. I played halo infinite campaign with the pass too. After finishing it, I started playing multiplayer on steam and the achievements of campaign are showing completed on steam (the same ones on xbox) but this is not the case for fh5. Is there an explanation?

only halo infinite multiplayer is free to play, the campaign is not.

Yes, I solved it by uninstalling and installing the game, if that doesn't work I suggest uninstalling the app completely! Everytime that it tried to give me a hard time I do this and it works wonders! Here are the steps!
