    Why can't I play Cold War?


    So I bought Call of Duty Cold War Ultimate Edition before beta. I was able to play the beta and once the game came out I was able to play that as well until a bit ago when I was in the middle of a game and it kicked me out saying that in order to play
    this game you need to buy it even though I had already paid for it. So I'm wondering if this has happened to anyone else or what cause when I go into the store I have to rebuy the game in order to play it.

    I understand what you mean by this, but I don't understand how else would I own it? I checked my account it is the correct one and when I go into the Microsoft store it says "you own this" when I proceed too cold war. I don't understand why I can't play it if I own it. Was their possibly an error when purchasing it?
