Why can't I play a game I already bought?

You buy other developers games and make me re-buy them?! Give me a trial version to something I paid full for? absurd. How can you do this? clearly your not going to resolve this, and you help sends me here. I'm happy I found alternatives to overly priced
Microsoft suite a long time ago. Now considering changing my PC Operating System (did always hate Win10, Just came with PC) . This makes me reconsider ever purchasing another microsoft product. The reason I got rid of Xbox was subscription...

Have you went to your account and checked to see if the game is on your account. Refresh the license.

Try checking your bank app in the following 24–48 hours again. Probably the charge will disappear and you will get the money back automatically.

i haven't received any gmail or notification, and the charge is still there, even though 1 day has already elapsed. i still can't play or download the game, and even though i got charged, i still don't own the game, so there's pretty much nothing i can do with it for now.

if it's useful, the procces of ''buying'' the game was pretty messy, i don't know if i did something wrong, i think it was a bug with the app or some server error, is there something i can do to be able to play the game or get my money back? thanks in advance!
