why cant i pay for 1 month of xbox live gold with a credit card ??

hi ive been having this problem since ive had auto renewal on when ever my mum or dad dont have money in the bank when its on the day my gold is supposed to renew it says that i cant purchase it or something but i always managed to purchase it after but
this one i cant seem to do that.

so basically when i go to account on my 360 on the tab 'your memberships' it has xbox live free in black text and xbox live gameplay, 14-day trial and 7-day free trial there but its kinda faded text but ive been trying to remove payment option but it keeps
saying cant be romvd because of outstnding balance but there isnt on my dads card but i havent been able to purchase a xbl gold membership since 3 weeks ago when i asked my friends for 1 and i got 1 but my internet went off about 3-5 days later but i knew
it would go off because of phone bill not being paid but after my internet got put back on i couldnt purchase a membership so another one of my friends bought me a 14 day free trial and it was finished yesterday but i still cant purchase a membership using
paypal or credit card.

what can i do please reply to this post i really need help as soon as possible ????

How to cancel automatic credit card month pay

i bought tekken 6 LE with 1 year xbox live gold code so thats why i want to cancel my credit card pay coz its just useless now....Anyway it seems i have no choice :\ i have to call ms/xbox support to cancel my credit card....ah why cant be a "cancel subscription"
option ........

hello anyone i am wondering why i cant go out to just5 go out to any store buy a msp card and not get a 1 month, 3 month, or 12 month gold cards i have enough to get a 3 or 1 month but i cant i have to either redeem a code, or pay with paypal or a credit
card. i could of just bought the 3 month card but..... i have enough to get a 2400 msp card. answer please

From what you describe, the most likely scenario is that the service tried to bill the card, but there being no money it failed. Thus there is the mentioned outstanding balance and there is probably a financial risk block on the account (the 'cannot complete
purchase right now' error message).

You can get rid of the outstanding balance yourself by adding a valid payment option to the account, to which it will be charged. You can then remove the previous card.

However, if there is that financial risk block, it will become necessary to get in touch with Phone Support.
