Why can't i open Roblox?

When i play on servers that accept voice chat i can't active my microphone or can't hear people but my friends on roblox player can actually do, why can't i use voice chat like them ?

I can't even do that. When I go into my games and apps clicking on roblox makes the clicking sound and then never opens or does anything.

It seems im much higher than the system requirement meant to be so i still dont any problem of why my roblox still wont open

I am clicking on the link of the VIP server, but it opens a new tab and says download but when I download .exe I can't use it because I have Windows in s mode, so I have the Microsoft Roblox. And yes, I'm officially invited but I don't know how to join Vip links in Microsoft Roblox
