This sounds like the hardware is old and needs some refurbishing. It could be a few things wrong.

1 overheating, fan and heatsink over time collects dust that disrupts airflow, also thermal paste will need replacing.

2 the hard drive is old and is making the software hang.

Depending on how old the xbox is, yoh can send it in for repairs, or it might be time for a new one.

You can do a clean of the xbox yourself, and replace the thermal paste.

Also have you tried to do a full factory reset to test if the problem still happens.

I’ve Hard reset the Xbox multiple times even after deleting my profile and re-installing it.

I have this same problem with CoD and GTA V, usually after I hard reset and turn the xbox back on it seems to fix it, sometimes it requires multiple hard resets or even unplugging all together. I continue to run the test NAT option in my settings until
it says open while I have the game open and that will fix it sometimes as well.

I can't remove account on the Xbox since I can't access the Settings to do so.

I did a factory reset multiple times, and managed to do one without adding any account too.

Nothing worked.

Those issues are really pissing me off, why is the Settings app not opening ? every games works fine.

Why does opening a party with anything plugged into the jack makes the dashboard crash ?

This is insanity.

I wish there was a way to do a real factory reset, without keeping the systems update.

Why does my xbox keep giving me the popup saying that something took too long to start?

Every app i try to open gives me this including network settings and games and apps. It sometimes even does this at the dashboard.
