Why can't I make emblems?

Alright I let my friend barrow my Xbox a while ago. At the time I was new to Black Ops 2, so I didn't have an emblem. And apparently he made me one that I did not know about, and it was really inappropriate(a Nazi logo). so now every time I atempt to make
an emblem, it takes me back to main menu. And it say that this account is permanently banned from making emblems. Ya see, I didn't know about this and I was very angry. So I'm asking, if I could get unbanned from making emblems? I could do other things, I
believe I'm allowed to do everything but to make an emblem.

First of all, you're asking the wrong people. This is a Microsoft forum. They didn't issue your ban. Activision (the publisher of Call of Duty) banned you.

Secondly, you (NOT YOUR FRIEND) broke both Xbox Live's and Activision's Terms of Service by lending your account to your friend. You (NOT YOUR FRIEND) are completely responsible for the consequences.

Zen is a state of calm, there is nothing more calm than stating facts without emotional input. I will acknowledge that it does lack anything personal, but my intent was to inform the OP why he was encountering the issues
he was.

No. Where did I say that you made it? I do believe you when you say your friend made the emblem. The unfortunate circumstance for you is that you have to face the consequence for what your friend has done. You are responsible
for your friend creating that emblem. What has happened to you is the reason you are not allowed to give out your account.

I honestly don't doubt any of this. However, your friend used your account to make an offensive emblem (perhaps even offensive to you). Your friend had deliberately put you into a position to get
you into trouble. Some friend he is.
