Why can't I login to my Minecraft account?

If the system is asking you to create a new account, this means that you didn't use that account to migrate your Mojang account (in case you have more than one email address or the same email but with different domain please check on each one)

If you’re not able to find the correct account, you may need to proceed with the account recovery form:

https://account.live.com/acsr

In cases like this no one Microsoft agent or Mojang support can assist you with this process / tell your the specific email / modify or share account details due to privacy and security policies

1. Confirm which login method you’re using

Minecraft accounts were fully migrated to Microsoft accounts by 2022. Make sure you’re signing in at:

Use the Microsoft account you used when you bought or migrated the game — not a Mojang login.

2. Check for common login issues

If the email is correct but the password isn’t working, try resetting your password at https://account.live.com/password/reset

If you're getting a “This Microsoft account does not own Minecraft” message, it could be you’re using the wrong Microsoft account — maybe you have more than one?

3. Use the Minecraft account lookup tool

This tool helps you confirm whether your email address actually owns Minecraft:

I lost the account it has been hacked and i can't login with my own email. I have the transaction email from minecraft in my mail but i can't login on that account anymore

I tried to log in to my Minecraft account by Mojang login and failed. So I checked my Yahoo mail and noticed I migrated my Minecraft account to Microsoft login, I completely forgot why I did that! Now I can't log in back to my Minecraft because I don't remember the outlook mail I logged. How can I migrate it back? I tried to get the security key but the system is unable to authenticate. If there is no plan to migrate back to Mojang login, how can I get my refund back? I bought the redemption card from the kiosk back in 2017.

p.s. It's new account I made.

It started being made a requirement so thats probably why.

You cant as far as im aware.

Odds are you probably cant and if you could it would probably have to be the kiosk company that would refund you since thats where it was purchased originally.
