Why can’t I login to my Microsoft Account on Minecraft on my Switch?

Everytime for the past week or so I try logging into my Microsoft account on Minecraft on my Switch, I get the error code: Drowned. I’ve tried multiple things to fix this and nothing will work. Today I get a new error that pops up when I scroll over the Marketplace tab: “There is an error with your account. You will be unable to use the marketplace until we have resolved the issue…” I really just want to be able to play on Minecraft realms on my switch again, but I can’t do that if I can’t login to my Microsoft account. Please help.
