    I have been trying to play Microsoft bingo but it won't connect to my server. What is wrong?

    Why can't I log in?

    I have contacted you about this on your Facebook page. I get no response. I can't seem to log in to my puzzles. I have tried everything I can think to do. I have two browsers that I used and I deleted all the history and cookies on both and did a complete
    reboot, to no avail. It says that the item I am attempting to purchase is not available. I am NOT trying to purchase anything, only to play the game! This has been going on for over a week! Can you please fix this?

    Thanks for reaching out, I can provide some details. It seems on the ESO support page the reasoning behind that error is just due to large volume of players at the current moment on their megaservers. Their page also advises it could be a faulty file
    within your games install folder. They recommend to uninstall the game or at least clear the cache of the game to see if that assists.

    I'd recommend reaching out to the official ESO page for more troubleshooting steps if what I typed doesn't work.
