    Why can't I log into my microsoft account on minecraft on my ps5?


    I was attempting to sign into my Microsoft account in order to join an online server on minecraft on the playstation 5... The first time I did this i was met with an error message saying it couldnt sign me in and the error message was "drowned" i went through all the troubleshooting steps and even reset my console. But i keep running into the same problem. Can someone explain whats going on?

    I can't sign into my ps4 Microsoft account on minecraft.

    So I'm linked into the Ps5 account? And I'm not trying link another Microsoft account to my ps4, I'm trying to get into my Microsoft account that have my Email address linked to it.

    I just don't understand why minecraft Microsoft account can't be unlinked? I'll have to pay for another minecraft Microsoft account if I can't get my original email address that I've veen using.

    There is no way to change account linking after it's done. Yes I realize you didn't do it, Sony frequently has this issue and you'll need to take it up with their support to fix this
