Why can’t I load into apex legends on my Xbox series X

So for the past couple days I’ve been trying to play apex legends on my Xbox and it’s not loading me in. This has never happened before and I don’t know what to do. I saw a previous post on the exact same thing and tried everything that they recommend but it is not working. The image I included is what pops up on my screen when I try to load in.

Apex Legends is available in the Microsoft Store, but only for Xbox consoles like Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One.

I am having the same issues on cross platform gaming on fortnite, mlb 22, and Apex Legends. I have set my settings to allow for everything I can, yet when I load up the games I can’t play online

None of my gamepass games or my account digital games will work on series x.

Apex legends and my last disc based game MCC are working though...

Must be a digital licenses issue

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Is the game stored on your External Hard Drive? If yes, please move the game to your Internal Storage then to check if it's the console or the hard drive let's try to play the game with the hard drive unplugged.

Please unplug the external hard drive then perform a powercycle before playing the game. Make sure to keep the hard drive unplugged.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.
