    Why can’t I leave or see reviews for games?


    As of today, 11-15-20, i can neither leave reviews for games ive enjoyed or see reviews of any games, especially newer releases. A couple games from like, 2019 and back have reviews, but that’s it. Ive been reading through all of the forums and I cant
    find any answers or solutions to this. Im hoping it’s somethibg simple and that im just a moron.

    I’ve tried going to the enforcement page but can’t sign in to see why I was banned. Also has all my money I paid for digital downloads been stolen? Because if I can’t sign in then I can’t use the content that I paid for. In my book that’s theft no matter

    I understand you need help with your game problem.

    If the new console is saying that you have to buy the game, this may be due to the game not being bought on that account before.

    To check that, you can try going to your order history because all your orders should show up on there most especially the game if it was bought from that account.

    If the game is not there, try checking other accounts that you may have used to buy the game.
