    Why cant I just get into my account


    Why doesn't the account recovery form work when I try it every time I never get an email Im trying to access my account so I can link a phone number to use my points but I can't even do that because the form never works and I don't remember my password to my account and the email I had to the account I don't remember the password either I didn't have it saved or on a note or anything it was my old phones email that I can't access anymore so I have no way to sign in anymore because the phone number originally linked to my account is my old phone and it broke and I couldn't use it so I had to trade it in so I can't even get into my account anymore any way I've been trying to get into my account for more than 2 years now and the account is my childhood account I have on my Xbox that I use daily but I can't even use any of the features or game share with anyone because y'all want to make it complicated by removing the points app and putting it into the profile for no reason

    Can we get an actual way to contact the enforcement team?

    They cant only suspend them, I know for a fact that the enforcement team can ban consoles and accounts. I just dont get why they choose to do nothing while this happens. I get they cant prevent the attacks themselves, but they cant at least get rid of
    the people doing it.

    About 2 year and still no deposits

    Well I called said IM throwing all my xbox in the trash and going to get a PS4 and I cant believe I cant get my rewards and why cant I get it in a gift card or something.

    I wasn't nice to say the least and my account still say it needs a update but the next day I got like $97 deposited to my M$ account

    No. I actually have another account which i use. I cant remember why i even created this account but ive had it for ages and never ever use it. I just thought it would be nice to get it deleted to free up the gamertag and get my email address of their systems.
