    Why can't I join?


    While I was on vacation I received an exciting message that read "Congratulations! Due to your exceptional participation in the Xbox Insider Program you've earned the ability to join Preview Alpha Skip-Ahead! To join, in the Xbox Insider Hub navigate to
    Xbox One Update Preview > Manage and select Xbox One Update Preview Alpha Skip-Ahead. In Preview Alpha Skip-Ahead you'll be previewing advanced system updates very early — be sure to include detailed steps and information when reporting problems, and provide
    great feedback in the Xbox Insider Hub. Thanks for being an Xbox Insider!" Unfortunately, when ever I go to change my account to "skip ahead" It doesn't let me. It just doesn't even appear there. The message was sent on 6/22/2018 and I came home about a week
    ago. It would be a shame if I can no longer join.

    Are you still having this issue?

    What is going on with Jigsaw. It has been slow for weeks and now it says that it is no longer available. What is the problem. I am so disappointed.

    That really sucks, I was lowkey excited all vacation, I love helping xbox out and have been an insider for so long.

    Just be patient they may allow additional people to join the Alpha Skip ahead when spaces become available.

    That really sucks, I was lowkey excited all vacation, I love helping xbox out and have been an insider for so long.

    Just be patient they may allow additional people to join the Alpha Skip ahead when spaces become available.

    I'm sorry you're having trouble joining groups on Xbox. Here are some steps you could follow to solve the problem:

    Verify that your antivirus is not blocking the application's output to the Internet and that your Internet connection does not have any port restrictions.
    Try deleting the Xbox app and then adding it.
    Run PowerShell in Administrator mode. Then enter this command: Get-AppxPackage *xbox* | Remove-AppxPackage. Once it finishes loading, reinstall the app with this other command: Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register \"$ ($_. InstallLocation)\\AppXManifest.xml\"}.
    Restart your Operating System and check if you can now access the Xbox App.
    If the problem persists after following these steps, you could try changing your account privacy settings.
