Why Can't I Install Xbox Game Bar From the Microsoft Store?

So I removed Xbox Game Bar with

Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.XboxGamingOverlay | Remove-AppxPackage

and now when I try reinstalling it in the Microsoft Store it says

Acquiring License...

and then spits out this error: https://imgur.com/a/EWkYAAO

What do I do?

Well you should try and restart your console than go back to the store and try and download it again if it still doesn't go to the Xbox assist an app that comes with most Xbox's

I'm on Windows not Xbox

Try Uninstalling Game Bar, then installing it again from the Microsoft Store.

I disabled game bar from the settings because I heard that he is bad. does it make any difference if I enable it?
also yeah I can download it from microsoft store it's just that microsoft store is worse in terms of download than xbox app that is why I'm using xbox app instead of microsoft store I will try to download the game from microsoft store and see if the problem happens there also I can open the game from desktop if the problem doesn't happen to me but when it happen I can't open the game from : desktop , xbox app , microsoft store
and I don't have any antivirus or firewall I only use windows defender

Step 3: Please Install Xbox Game Bar, If you don't have the Xbox Game Bar installed, Xbox Game Bar can get it from the Microsoft Store:

1. Open the Microsoft Store on your Windows 10 PC.
2. Search for "Xbox Game Bar."
3. Click on "Install" to install the Xbox Game Bar.
