    Why can't I install my Hogwarts deluxe edition?


    I literally just paid $80 for the Hogwarts Legacy deluxe edition for Xbox series S I have not been able to download it it keeps giving me an install error that says the game isn't compatible and I have tried everything under the Sun from restarting, to going to the Microsoft forums for help, the developers page for help and I have yet seemed to have found a solution. If anybody knows what I can do before my 14 days are up so I can get a refund... I really would prefer to keep the game thank you

    Ok so be cause of your question I Googled an apparently I have been in an alternate dimension where there is a difference between a one s and a series s... I was not aware lol so yes mine is a One S could that be the problem??

    Can you look at the back of the console and confirm ita a series s with no drive ?

    Xbox one s is NOT a series s

    Yes people still mistaken a xbox one s and x for series consoles

    Even though xbox one games don't have s or x requirements

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    If I may ask, what Xbox console do you have, Phoenix? Please check the sticker on the back of your Xbox console and make sure that it is showing as "Xbox Series S".

    Also, the Hogwarts Legacy Deluxe Edition includes both Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S version of the game, it just so happen that for the Xbox One, it's not yet released and will be available for us to play by April 4, 2023.

    Which edition did you buy

    There is two

    Legacy and legacy gold

    Legacy had both

    You just need to find the xbox one copy in yoir ready to install library
