Why can't I install minecraft on my new PC?

    Why can't I install minecraft on my new PC?


    Every time I try to install/launch Minecraft on my new PC it gives me the same error code and fails to complete. I have spent over 2 hours troubleshooting online and have not found a solution that works for me. I'll attach a screenshot of the error.

    I'm sorry but based on the screenshot, it's actually the Xbox version of Minecraft that's why you can't install it on your PC. Here's the version for Windows 10 PC.

    I understand the problem now, however whenever I try to install the new xbox pc app it says my pc is "Not quite ready" for it to be downloaded, I checked my windows and its all up to date. so I have no idea why I can't install that.

    I am now considering it to be impossible to play xbox games on pc for me anymore.

    I had the same error with Minecraft dungeons, and i solved installing in my Hard drive principal the C: one.

    I have two drives on my laptop i don't know why i can't install on my second drive, i can install all the game pass games except Minecraft dungeons u.u
