Why can’t I install Conan exiles

I’m trying to install Conan exiles on gamepass and it says it’s installable but when I try to install it it says it’s not sold separately and only lets me download the nudity dlc but it shows on the page that the whole game is on gamepass not just the dlc someone please help

Oh, sorry I thought this was on PC.

Anyway, please go to the Xbox store and search for Conan on there and see if you can install it from there.

If not, try using an Xbox app from your mobile phone and log in to your account, search for the game and try to install it remotely to your Xbox console.

If I may ask, is this only happening to that specific game?

Are you trying to play this on your PC?

Please try to reset the Xbox app and the Microsoft store. Also, make sure you are logged in to the correct account on both Store app and the Xbox app.

Click Start and click Settings; Select Apps & features. Find the Xbox app and click Advanced options. Click Reset then also click repair.

Once done, please do this:

Click Start and search for wsreset, right click then open as admin, wait for the store to load up again.

Once done, restart your PC and try again please.

Upon reboot launched ms store. Up to date. Lunched Xbox app.

Queued 1/1 Conan exiles 0%

Can’t do anything here as up top where it says manage installs (checking for updates……….)

Same problem others seem to have. Can’t cancel or do anything here
