    Why cant I install anything free in Microsoft Store on XboxOne?


    I've attemted to install Batman, the free game this month, and ESPN+ and nothing happens when I click, "Get".

    Go figure, when I buy Star Wars Jedi, it work then...anyone else having this issue?

    account is just fine, wifi is good too... evidently you didnt read the original post... can download other games just fine, batman will not even begin to download all it does is click.... when hitting the GET button... its on your end.. but thanks for

    Forgot to add that I have 1 TB hard drive. only at 12% usage.. so again.... its on your end not mine.. also seems how I am not the only 1 to having this problen, whould kinda point to a xbox or Microsoft issue, not a user issue... but again thanks for
    dodging the issue once again and not offering up a real solution to the issue...

    I would reccomend checking your wifi connection then check if your xbox live has expired also you might of not had enough storage to get it.
