Why can't I hear others on my team in call of duty black ops 4 BLACKOUT?

You might have you game volume all the way up and party chat volume all the way down.

Make sure that your console settings are not blocking voice chat

Here’s how:

On the Xbox Dashboard, go to Settings and then select Privacy.

Select Change Settings.

Select Customize.

Select Voice and Text, and then choose either Everyone or Friends Only.

Make sure that you can still hear others when you're in a party to make sure that you haven't blocked any voice chat communications.

If you purchased it digitally then you dont get a beta code as you dont need one. You are automatically added to the beta when purchasing it digitally through Xbox Live or PSN.
