Why can't i have the same dashboard as Xbox 360 on my Xbox one s

I dont mean just on 360 games i mean i want my Xbox one s layout to look just like Xbox 30 but with all the new stuff supported it would look the same just a bit more settings would be there like the Xbox one settings but every thing would be 360 layout
and icons because i hate that it stock pilled all the who logged in notifications not like 360 tells you then its gone stop over loading everything and let my system have more brain power.

Its a different OS and a new console why would they want a new console to look like the old one

It is a completely different operating system and I guess they also wanted a different look for the Xbox One, which has changed dramatically since its first inception

Time marches on, the 360 interface has been gone for a long time.

Unfortunately it's a completely new system both on and under the surface. So I can't see how it would be possible to maintain the same appearance at one of the Xbox 360 dashboards. Even over the lifetime of the Xbox 360, the dashboard changes drastically
as new features were added.

As for your notifications, it's possible to dismiss individual notifications and also clear the entire list as well. If you press Xbox Guide button, cycle over to the settings icon (the gear), then click on "App & system notifications". From here you can
press X to dismiss the highlighted notification, or press Y to clear of them at once.
