Why Can't I Have My Suspension Reviewed

I got suspended because of team killers on Rainbow Six Siege. My friend and I were playing we had 2 players on our team who were obviously together. One of them team kills my friend. Fearing the other player was attempting to do the same I kill him preemptively.
I get a message from that player who eventually admits he doesn't care that his buddy was team killing but reports me then informs me that 9 of his friends whom I never encountered have reported me as well. Later that night I get a message from an unknown
player who appeared to be from that group of 9 players. So now do I get spam reported by random players but receiving what appears to be targeted harassment. Today I get a notification that I have been banned from Xbox temporarily. Unfortunately, I am unable
to review this suspension even though there is clear evidence that the other player was the instigator of the events.

Just got a commucations ban

Microsoft support already agreed it's easy to grief on it.

If I did something wrong I wouldn't have bothered with this post.

Also why can't I have the proof of my wrong doing and why can't it be reviewed?

Communication Ban

How long is it? If it's a 24 hour suspension it can't be reviewed because it would take longer than the suspension to review it.

Sorry but the enforcement team does not follow these forums. You can get information on your ban at the enforcement site if this is an Xbox ban and not a game specific ban https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US
Not all suspension are review-able as in 24 hr suspensions.

Also, players do can ban other players on xbox live and only a member of the enforcement team can do this which is an independent group. If you believe these players were cheating, you can also file a report on them too. Look up the info in the How To
section on the link I gave you ealier

Ya why do all these people keep saying you can submit a case review. My suspension was probably a day suspension and because of this glitch I can't sunmit a reciew because my suspension is ovr.

Since you have a 24 hour suspension, there would be know way for you to contact them. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact them, but even with a review, they would not give you anything specific.

That's where it becomes B.S., I have no history of doing anything wrong but get hit with a 24 hour suspension. I can't get a reason why just a suspension. If anyone was to get suspended for anything like this should be able to have a case review regardless
of the duration of the suspension.

Suspension of that length are either done because of the severity of the offence itself or because of multiple bans in the past.
