Why can't I go to the store to download

    Why can't I go to the store to download


    I have an account for Xbox live, I just don't have gold membership. I am unable to go to the store to download apps for my profile. I also keep getting told i cant sign in with my controller and asks me to sign in from the launch guide which takes 2-3 tries.
    I keep getting a cant load store page. It also keeps telling me im not connected to internet, when i know for a fact its connected because ill do a network check and it says im connected. I wasnt having any of these problems until recently. Please help.

    Being charged for Assassin's Creed Syndicate pack

    When I go to the Ubi Store in game, it says that I can download last maharaja for free, but then Microsoft tries to charge me $6.99 in the store. Why the discrepancy?

    can't install Sam & Max Save the World

    I'm also missing this game from my Xbox One.

    I've checked and if I go to Sam&Max Save the World on the store it says I already purchased it, but if I go to my profile and look at My Games it isn't in the list.

    Is this why I can't download it to my Xbox One?

    Digital Download Cheaper?

    I don't people argue that digital should be cheaper per say, but they can't understand why they are so much more expensive.

    The main reason, is shops don't sell the digital download codes for consoles (or very rarely), and i have no idea why.

    I would love TF on DD, but the only place you can buy it is the MS store on XO, and its always going to be more expensive than buy it in a retail store.
