Why can't I get the xbox app to work properly?

Thank you for the help, unfortunately none of the given instructions have worked. i am unsure of what you mean by edition of my device, but i can tell you that i am using windows 10 and the xbox app version is on 2307.1001.5.0

- Sign out and sign back in to your Xbox account on the Xbox app. If you have trouble signing in, you can reset your password or recover your account here: https://account.live.com/resetpassword.aspx

Perform clean boot and SFC scan to fix system related issues,

Also make sure that you properly set you date, time and region.

It will also be beneficial if you share the current Windows version and edition of your device and the Xbox App version.

In Place Upgrade

• Visit the Windows 11 download website Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)
  
• Download Windows 11 Disk Image(ISO) (multi-edition ISO)
  
• Once the ISO has finished downloading, kindly select it with the right click, select Mount, and then select Setup.exe.
  
• Click Next in the Install Windows 11 dialog box.
  
• A licensing agreement will be displayed when setup checks your computer. In the license terms dialog, click Accept.
  
• Wait for the setup program to check the free space that is available.
  
• Make sure the box next to Keep personal files and apps is checked on the Ready to install page.
  
• Click install
  
• Restart will be experienced a few time then it will lead you to the lock screen wherein you can sign in

Honestly, why can't your dev team just update the app to work with the latest version of the controller?

I honestly paid $170 for the controller, and I can't use it properly due to your team not properly updating it.

I even asked how to find the current version of the firmware to give you, and nothing was said about how to find that version.

Honestly, what would they do different than the support here? It is a app issue.
