Why cant a person who works for xbox clear some of this up for us? Why cant they tell us why we are getting screwed

i want to know why no one is answerig me or trying to help me. i paid to have this and i cant use it. all i want is some answers as to why i cant access my account

why cant some one help with this issue.? it should not be that hard to fix.
