    Why can't i get online??


    Iv put in three pre paid codes and every time i try and go online in fifa and titan fall it says "your gamer profile does not have the correct permissions to access this feature" how do i fix it?? Its not in privacy either.

    Why Can't i get xbox live gold?

    When i try and get xbox live gold it doesn't work and it says "try again", "something went wrong on our end. waiting might help" and i wait a lot and it never works and i want to play online. someone please help

    Why can't i get online??

    You need a gold account to play online.

    Pre paid cards just give credits to buy games,DLC,movies,musics,....

    a lot of the access codes are game or/and console specific, live chat support should be able to explain.
