    If you're not seeing the options for chat with support or to request a call back, change your category/topic until you do. Subscriptions & Billing and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

    Xbox console ban and speaking to a human to sort it

    I've been there and there is no hammer icon to open a review we had no email notification of the ban and are totally confused as to why this happened.

    we've now been without a service we are paying for for over a week and can't speak to a human to try to resolve the problem it's not good enough.

    I will never be buying another Microsoft product again if this is the customer service you get

    Trouble connecting to live, downloadin profile

    Syracuse NY, Time Warner as well. Same issue.

    Spoke to customer service over chat and got the answer that the issue is with TW and the way 360 connects of something like that. Apparently that's why the One is not impacted.

    Said issue would be fixed with in "30min to a few hours". Might be a conspiracy to get me to play my xbox one, I guess. :)
