Why can't I get BF4 DLC to install?

    Why can't I get BF4 DLC to install?


    I can't get BF4 DLC to install, no matter what. Have been trying for 3 days now, and tried everything I could think of. Any ideas?

    Transferring dlc China rising from 360 to X box one

    I bought bf4 for X box one and can't get the china rising dlc to transfer that came with the 360 version

    any update on the bf4 china rising dlc and why I cant play a dlc that I paid for??? XBOX sure is quick to take the $$ out of my account but we cant get with EA on a fix for this??

    What error does it gives you?

    Does it even gives you an error? Or isn't there an installbutton?

    Please provide us more info on the problem.

    Battlefield 4 Premium Not Working with EA Access

    Yep. I can download all the content, installed both BF4 and BF4 Premium. Can play BF4 and DLC maps, and even says BF4 Premium in the game title.menu. when you go to play premium games, it says to pay for premium and won't work. Seen online others with the
    same issue.

    When contacting EA, they said they can't see I'm a.premium member and Battlelog shows me as just a regular member as well. Essentially, when you install premium from Access, all the content is available, But EA can't see the entitlements on their end, so
    you can't access premium service.

    Installation Stopped!

    I should add that altho I was able to install BF4 and it's patch...I was NOT able to install the China Rising DLC that came with my copy. Also Ghosts and BF4 are physical copies.
