    Hello.

    Ever since December of last year I have been having issues with Fortnite. I've contacted Epic support more times than I can count and they are no help in anyway whatsoever. They give me a list of "workarounds" that do not work and once they have exhausted those lists, the redirect me to Microsoft. They give no indication to where in Microsoft I should go, just that they can't do a damn thing to help.

    The issues started when Fortnite Season 5 Started back in December of 2023. Since then my game will crash at random times not allowing me to play. When the game crashes there is no error code given. Nothing of help or value that allows me to fix the issue. Just a nice "We're sorry, we are working on correcting the issue so that in the future it never happens again". That hasn't happened. Epic support has been nothing but a waste of time and has done nothing to give me any clue to why I'm crashing or how to fix what is wrong. Their solutions were "Run as an Admin, Update Drivers, Clear the Cache" and other basic fixes that I have done numerous times now. I even hard reset my PC and everything.

    Every time they get me no where and redirect me to Microsoft for some reason.

    Please help.

    Sorry to hear that you're not able to play something right now.

    May I know if you tried all the troubleshooting steps from this article?

    If yes, when you performed the power cycle step. Did you tried power cycling your internet router as well?

    And, if you already tried something else (besides the steps provided in that article)

    Please tell me what else did you do

    This is to avoid giving you the same troubleshooting steps

    I don't know why, I don't know how, but this actually worked! Shad0WmanUK, you are one awesome guy! Thank you very, very much for help and patience throughout the whole day.

    Is there any way to simply explain why this error occured or why your settings fixed this issue? As I said, I never changed anything on my setup, I can't believe that I am actually back online. THANK YOU!

    I understand I'm responsible but I guess you didn't get my point. I posted this to bring attention to the faults with the appeal process and did not in any way try to defend my actions or ask for the ban to be lifted by some outside force. My explanation
